Driven by a calling to love the least of these, Cole has spent the majority of his career in Denver-based social enterprises and nonprofits, focusing on poverty alleviation, workforce development, and transformative employment. Most recently, he has served in the faith-driven investment space, managing investor relations and fund operations for an investment firm supporting faith-led businesses in frontier markets. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Wheaton College.

Cole believes that thoughtful generosity and effective philanthropy are central to the life of the Church, and that in stewarding resources toward God’s Kingdom, givers experience deep joy, fulfillment, and the heart of God.

Cole lives in Denver with his wife and three kids. He and his wife are foster parents, and are passionate about caring for at-risk youth and families. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, running Spartan races, being an avid sports fan, and eating great food.
