Lydia is a junior at the University of Virginia majoring in Global Commerce and Environmental Thought & Practice. Her heart grew for the global poor as she served on the leadership team for her college chapter and was part of the 2023 Summer Simple Charity Internship Class.

She is passionate about environmental sustainability, food justice, and development efforts led by the local community, being focused on caring for God's creation in different facets. Through photography and art, Lydia enjoys storytelling and bringing a vision to life. Outside of that, she enjoys hiking, running, and playing with her dog Cooper!
